Wait List:

If you would like to come in and cannot find a time that fits your availability, please add your name to our waitlist. If an appointment opens up that matches your day/time preference, you will be sent an email immediately. Our receptionist will also reach out to you via phone.

Directions:

Basic Balance is located on the second floor of 67 Winter Street, across the street from the main entrance to the Keene library.

There are 5 parking spots beside and behind the building, which are labeled. Winter street is a one-way street so, enter via the exit of the round-about. Or, if you are coming from West street, you can turn left onto School street and drive around the block (right onto Summer street, right on Middle street, and right onto Winter street)

Ollie: Allison's dog, Ollie, is often at the clinic. Ollie is a small, friendly, hypoallergenic Cockapoo. If you would rather not cross paths with Ollie, please tell us prior to your appointment. If you want to arrive early, he'll be happy to play with you (provided he's not sleeping)! Feel free to grab a toy from the basket in the hallway. He especially loves sitting on laps and chewing toys while being petted. If he doesn't recognize you, he may bark but, rest assured you'll be fast friends once you give him a treat from the jar on the desk in the waiting room.

 

 

Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strictly enforced 24 hour Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy. Any appointment missed, cancelled, or rescheduled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

 

Snow Day Policy: If appointments are being cancelled due to road conditions, you will receive an email by 8am. Otherwise, we'll see you there! Remember, there is no charge for appointments missed due to weather; it is most important that you drive safely. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are choosing to reschedule.

Red Light Bookings: We have just one Red Light Therapy device in our office and our scheduling software is currently unable to prevent double-bookings. We do our best to monitor Red Light reservations 2 weeks in advance and adjust the online booking options as necessary however, on occasion, we will need to shift an appointment time. In such circumstances, we will contact you via phone. Thank you for understanding. 

 

 

If you are feeling sick: please notify us before coming in for your appointment so that we may take proper precautions to protect ourselves and other patients or reschedule your appointment, if needed.
